Problem description
Does your iPhone 16 / plus restart every few minutes?
are you experiencing random shut offs?
follow this guide to find out why .
first: it’s important to make sure your phone is restarting every few minutes and NOT bootlooping.
If your phone doesn’t make it past the apple logo, it may be a problem with software / battery.
if your phone randomly shuts off constantly, this is known as a “panic” log
the phone reports a crash and stores the crash info inside of the settings app.
we will use this report to check the problem.
HOW TO CHECK PANIC LOG:
As soon as your phone boots up, immediately navigate to settings > privacy & security > analytics > analytic data
when you get here you’ll be presented with a bunch of reports. Don’t be overwhelmed, simply scroll down until you see the keyword “PANIC FULL”
there might be several. Look at the title for a date.
find the latest one and open it.
below I attached a photo highlighting what the “trigger code” is.

IF IT STILL PERSISTS , CHECK FPC CONNECTOR PINS FOR ANY SHORTS.

a simple replacement fixes this issue.
