Problem description
iPad 7 fails to power on, bootloops at the Apple logo, or throws Error 4013 when attempting a restore via iTunes or 3uTools. The device may restart repeatedly, freeze during restore, or fail to complete firmware flashing.

Solution
CPU Reballing
Reballing the CPU restores broken solder connections between:
- CPU
- Logic board pads
- Internal routing layers

Repair Steps
1. Confirm CPU-Related Failure
- Verify Error 4013 during restore
