Bad GPU, solved with GPU replacement.

Symptoms

  • MacBook not turning on
  • PP1V8_SUS shorted

Solution

In this case PCH and PMIC to do. Usually if the board is taking 20V and 0.01A ~ 0.025A there is a problem with some of the PMIC's voltages. See Figure 1
