The JuiceBox series of EVSE hardware was first developed by eMotorWerks, an independent EV shop founded by Vitaly Miftakov. In 20xx, the company was renamed / spun off as JuiceBox, and in 20xx that company was purchased by the Enel X arm of the Enel conglomerate.
