  1. I think we should refrain from snarky edits in the main pages. (--resistors don't fail closed, they fail open). You should make a commend here or just edit it. By the wait, resistors can fail closed if they metallize or otherwise become carbonized, and become fully conductive under load --VIPQualityPost (talk) 01:04, 1 June 2021 (CEST).
  1. Do specific examples of board operating conditions belong here? I think this should be a generalized page and not mention any specific models much less the specific operating parameters for a specific laptop. That can go under the page for the computer in the laptop category, it doesn't help anyone understand board shorts at all. --VIPQualityPost (talk) 01:04, 1 June 2021 (CEST)
