This guide is for problems that have occurred on Lexus vehicles and the fixes used. This guide should not be an answer but more help for proper diagnostic.

Hum or rev noise when running vehicle	Information about problem: When listening from outside vehicle noise not herd. Inside vehicle noise is herd from body. Possible areas of problem: With stethoscope listen to fuel pressure damper set (on fuel rail). If pulsation is herd suspect damper Solution found: Fuel Pressure Pulsation Damper Assy was the problem

Code P0606	ECM / PCM Processor (usually not ECM may be exhaust leak or bad O2	Check for any exhaust leak. With scan tool check monitor and see if O2 have failed any test. Check scan data for any irregular O2 impedance levels.	O2 sensor impedance was very high and didn't move also failed monitor test. Change O2 impedance started to move.

One side headlight out	Checked and HID bulbs are good power problem	Check voltage at fuse block by engine 15 A fuse marked H–LP RL, 15 A fuse H-LP LL (make sure fuse is good) If no voltage found at same side headlight check failing. Remove Cover by fuses should have pins. (17 pin and 10 pin. on the 17 pin #1 is closest to the 10 pin set) Pin #1 should have 12 V always with headlights on. Pin #5 goes to H-LP RL - should have 12 V if not suspect relay block. Pin#6 goes to H-LP LL should have 12 V if not suspect relay block	found no 12 V at pins replaced relay block.
