Phone charges slowly or not at all. only charges in recovery mode. shows lightning icon but battery information says not charging when plugged in. (Nord n100)	First, clean the charging port and make sure your charger, charging brick, and outlet are working properly. if that does not fix the issue then Make sure the phones software is up to date. Back up everything you want to keep on the phone and perform a Factory Reset.
